Dr. Xiao Mi received his Bachelor's degree, Master's degree and PhD at Tianjin University, and went to the University of Tokyo from 2001 to 2003 as a postdoctor. Now Dr. Xiao is working as an associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University. The research works are mainly focused on dielectric materials and energy storage, composite materials and high voltage.
