Sheng Xie is an Associate Professor in School of Microelectronics, Tianjin University. He received the Ph.D. degree from Department of Physics at Xiamen University in 2006. From 2006 to 2016, he worked for School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Tianjin University. His research interests focus on semiconductor device, photoelectronics integrated circuit and high speed analog circuit design for communication.
