王科平,博士,天津大学微电子学院教授、博士生导师、国家级青年人才。长期从事模拟、射频以及毫米波集成电路与系统的创新性研究。目前主要研究方向为:宽带射频与毫米波集成电路、射频集成电路与微纳传感器协同设计、应用于物联网和生物医疗系统的超低功耗无线集成电路等。
担任天津大学-XXX联合实验室主任;主持国家自然基金面上项目(两项)、军委科技委国防创新项目等多项国家级项目;主持省部级以及其他横向项目二十余项。获天津市科技进步一等奖、电子学会科技进步二等奖。在集成电路领域共发表论文100余篇,其中第一或通信作者论文100余篇(包括JSSC、TMTT、TCAS-I 等IEEE期刊和ISSCC、IMS、ISCAS等权威会议论文20余篇),美国/中国发明专利二十余项;英文专著(章节)一部。
担任中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部理事,IEEE高级会员、中国电子学会高级会员、《Microwave and Optical Technology Letters》编委,《Microelectronics Journal》编委,《固体电子学研究与进展》编委,河北省xxxx重点实验室学术委员会委员,江苏省侨联青年委员会委员;曾任东南大学信息学院学术委员会委员,《IEEE Access》副主编;担任国际电子/通信/控制工程会议(ICECC 2023和ICECC 2024)大会主席、中欧英毫米波与太赫兹技术会议(UCMMT 2020)本地组织委员会主席、IEEE国际无线会议(IWS 2020)分会场召集人/主席、光子与电磁学国际研讨会(PIERS 2021)分会场召集人、国际电子通信控制工程会议指导委员会委员、IEEE国际集成电路技术与应用会议(ICTA 2018-2023)技术委员会委员、IEEE国际集成电路与微系统会议(ICICM 2019)程序委员会主席、JECE期刊特邀编委;长期担任JSSC、TMTT、TCAS-I、MWCL、TCAS-II、TVLSI等数十种领域权威期刊审稿人;受邀国际会议大会报告十余次。
培养硕博研究生获中国电子学会技术发明二等奖、中国大学生集成电路创新创业大赛“IEEE杯”最高奖(唯一企业大奖)、中国研究生创“芯”大赛一等奖、上海浦东“明珠计划”工程师、其他研究生创新系列大赛全国奖六项等多项大奖。
