天津大学英才教授,IEEE高级会员
2006,2008年获浙江大学学士,硕士学位,2015年获得美国弗吉尼亚理工大学电力电子中心(CPES)博士学位。2015-2019年任美国纳微半导体高级主任应用工程师,并助力氮化镓功率器件的首度大规模产业化。2019-2023年在美国橡树岭国家实验室任资深科学家和建筑电气领域主管,并于2023年9月加入天津大学任英才教授。长期从事电力电子研究,主要聚焦于第三代半导体(氮化镓和碳化硅)的集成、封装和应用,在相关领域拥有十余年的经验。曾获橡树岭国家实验室BTSD青年成就奖,并曾任IEEE电力电子学会(PELS)的青工委主席和洛杉矶分会的主席。
