制备了系列响应肿瘤特征物质的光动力联合治疗纳米药物，可有效激活瘤内自然杀伤细胞/巨噬细胞/T细胞等，实现肿瘤的有效治疗· 硒基纳米药物治疗炎症疾病的作用和机制：
基于纳米硒和抗炎中药小分子物质（如多酚等）开发了系列硒基纳米药物，用于调控炎性微环境中的巨噬细胞免疫代谢和分化，实现脑炎，脓毒症和肺炎的有效治疗。

个人简介
Xiaoli Wu holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Nankai University, where she studied the innate immunity in various of hepatitis infection . From 2008 to 2012, she did her research at Beijing 302 hospital as a visiting student , where she focused on function of γδ T cells in Hepatitis B infection and and established cell therapy system. In 2013, she joined Tianjin university (School of Life Sciences) as a lecture.
Dr. Wu is currently working on two aspects : 1. Apllied idfferent types of nanoparticles to explore new way in diagnosis and treatment of cancer, inflamatory diseases or Alzheimer disease. 2.Investigate interactions between innate immunity and liver infection. Probing mechanism of how innate immune cells affected the progression of liver diseases.
