研究方向
· 生物催化:通过超分子自组装或人工智能从头设计具有高选择性、高催化活性的人工仿酶(纳米酶),用于高选择性催化和传感检测。
· 生物材料:通过计算机理性设计以及生成式AI,设计新型功能多肽、蛋白分子,并调控其组装形成凝胶、薄膜等材料,能够用于细胞培养、组织修复,在医药、医美等领域具有很好的应用前景。
· 药物递送:通过计算机从头设计以及生成式AI,开发新型多肽、脂质分子,将其作为递送载体,用于核酸药物、多肽药物的靶向递送,包括器官选择性递送、透皮递送等。
· 组织修复:设计具有特殊生物活性的多肽分子,并调控其通过超分子组装,形成类似人体细胞外基质的超分子水凝胶,用于3D细胞培养、受损组织修复、疤痕修复等。

个人简介:
面向国家在医药健康领域的战略需求,通过理性设计和生成式AI,实现多种功能多肽、蛋白质、脂质等分子材料的智能设计与精准制备,拓展其在生物催化、药物递送、组织修复等领域的应用。主持国家自然科学基金、天津市重点研发、重大产学研项目等30余项;在Science、Chem Soc Rev、Adv Mater、JACS、Angew Chem、Prog Polym Sci、ACS Nano、Nano letters、Chemistry of Materials、Small、Green Chemistry、Chemical Engineering Journal等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,封面及亮点论文15篇,申请中国发明专利20余项,授权6项,实现成果转让4项;相关工作被《美国化学会》Weekly Presspac专栏进行专题报道与新闻推送,受到了《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《科技日报》、《中国青年报》、国家自然科学基金委、《天津日报》、ScienMag等30余家国内外媒体的转载与报道。
学生培养:
指导硕士生40余名、博士生20名,其中9人获国家奖学金、4人获优博基金,2人获天津大学“十佳杰出青年”,2人获校级优秀/博士硕士论文,1人获宝钢优秀学生特等奖(全国各高校共25人,其中博士生10人)。课题组重视国际合作与博士生联合培养,已合作的国际知名学府包括:美国密歇根大学(美国工程院院士Nicholas A. Kotov课题组)、新加坡南洋理工大学(Yanli Zhao院士课题组,QS排名12)、瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院(QS排名第22)、伦敦大学学院(QS排名第8)、西班牙维戈大学(欧洲科学院院士Luis M. lizmarzán课题组)、英国雷丁大学。
