个人简介
冯人海博士1987年5月22日出生。2009年6月于中山大学获得电子信息科学与技术专业学士学位。2014年9月于中山大学获得通信与信息系统专业博士学位。担任多个国际刊物审稿人。主要研究方向为线性预编码技术，优化理论在新一代无线通信系统中的应用。2017年入职天津大学担任副教授。
