Brief Introduction

Prof. Yan-Feng Wang received his BS in Engineering Mechanics from the Southwest Jiaotong University, and PhD in Solid Mechanics from Beijing Jiaotong University (Selected as a PhD candidate directly without Master Thesis defense in 2010). He served as Research Assistant in Institute of FEMTO-ST, Besancon, France from 2015 to 2016, Lecturer and Associate Professor in School of Civil Engineering at Beijing Jiaotong University from 2016 to 2019, and is currently the Professor in School of Mechanical Engineering at Tianjin University. Dr. Wang has published over 40 refereed English journal publications, obtained 5 invention patents authorized in China and presented over 20 oral reports at international meetings and conferences. In 2017, he received Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program from China Association for Science and Technology. In 2021, he received the Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars of NSFC.

Prof. Wang's research is in the area of Wave Mechanics. His research interests include phononic crystals, acoustic metamaterials, acoustic metasurface, viscoelastic waves, reconfigurable design of acoustic/elastic devices, et al.

波动力学与控制实验室
波动力学与控制团队主要在声波/弹性波超构材料(声子晶体/超材料/超表面)的力学机理分析、优化设计、可调控制及应用等方面开展理论、数值和实验研究。另外还涉及非线性超声无损检测、多场耦合波动力学、小尺寸结构波动力学、接触界面波及其稳定性。主持国家自然科学基金创新群体项目1项、重点项目2项、重大项目课题1项、优秀青年基金项目2项、面上和青年基金项目多项,研究成果在主流力学期刊(AMR, JMPS, MoM, IJSS)以及相交叉的物理(PRB, PRE, PRAppl., APL, JCP)、声学(JASA, JSV)、材料(AFM, Acta Mat., Comp. Struct.)、机械(IJMS, NDT&E, SMS)、航空航天(AIAA J.)、土木(SDEE, JEM)等领域的期刊上发表论文100 余篇,授权国家发明专利6项。
