Professor Wei jianxin received a bachelor's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law in 1985.In 1999, she received a master's degree from Nankai University and in 2009 received a doctorate from Nankai University.She has been a visiting scholar at the Yamanashi Gakuin University and the Oklahoma City University.She taught at Nankai University from July 1985 to October 2016.Since October 2016, She has been a professor and master tutor in tianjin university.She has published several books such as <Harmony and tolerance: the spirit of citizenship under the theory of constitutional law> and published dozens of papers and has high social influence.
