Hanbing Luo, Male, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of ship model towing tank laboratory. Research topics include motions and loads of floating bodies and mooring system, offshore platform installation technology, ship dynamic positioning system control technology, model test and field measurements. Principal investigator for more than 40 scientific research projects from the government and industry.
Technical committee member of the International Ship and Offshore Congress (ISSC), Senior member of Chinese Society of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, member of the National Key Laboratory of Intelligent Construction and Operation & Maintenance in Hydraulic Engineering.
