Her major research focuses on the Image Guided Robot Assist Brachytherapy. There are three issues relating to the research: Surgical planning algorithm &platform, Multiplex mode image compatible robot system and Needle-Tissue Interaction Investigation. Such robot system can substitute the surgeon during the radiation surgery, which can not only protect the surgeon from radiation but also conduct the surgery more accurately and effectively. She has published 70 papers, including 14 high level papers. The highest citation for single paper is 74, total citation is 235. 15 patents and 4 software copyrights were authorized
