刘鑫桥，天津大学教育学院副教授、硕士生/博士生导师。

通过校内外同行评议和校级竞争性评估，2024年1月起任天津大学长聘教职（英才/长聘副教授）。

2020年7月，在北京大学教育学院/中国教育财政科学研究所获管理学博士学位（提前1年毕业，导师：王蓉 教授）；2015年7月，在中国人民大学教育学院获管理学硕士学位；2013年6月，在华中师范大学经济与工商管理学院/数学与统计学学院获双学士学位（数学与应用数学、经济学）。

2015年7月至2017年7月，在南开大学教务处工作；2019年5月至10月，在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学从事访问学者工作；2023年3月至2024年3月，受天津大学委派，在教育部教育质量评估中心/中国工程教育专业认证协会工作锻炼1年。

作为第一作者/通讯作者在European Journal of Psychology of Education、Journal of Affective Disorders、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications、British Journal of Educational Psychology、Applied Economics Letters、《清华大学教育研究》《教育发展研究》《中国社会科学报》等国内外核心期刊/报刊发表论文90余篇，其中SSCI/SCI期刊论文40余篇。以第一作者/通讯作者发表的4篇论文入选ESI热点论文（全球前0.1%）、15篇论文入选ESI高被引论文（全球前1%）；他引次数2000余次；出版中英文专著5部（2021年、2024年、2025年）；主编并出版教育学本科生教材1部（2024年）。

兼任中国教育发展战略学会教育财政专业委员会理事、教育部马工程重点教材审读专家、教育部本科教育教学审核评估专家、英国惠康基金会（Wellcome Trust）基金项目评审专家、泰晤士高等教育全球学术声誉调查（THE's Academic Reputation）和QS全球学术调查（QS Global Academic）咨询专家等。

同时，应邀担任13本高水平期刊的副主编和编委，包括SSCI Q1期刊New Directions for Child and Adolescent Development、SSCI Q1期刊Depression and Anxiety等7本SSCI/SCI一区期刊的副主编/编委，以及Journal of Education and e-Learning Research、Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies和Education Sciences等多本国际期刊的副主编/编委。

近五年，主持国家社会科学基金、国家级新工科研究与实践项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科研究一般项目等省部级及以上纵向课题7项；入选天津大学“北洋学者英才计划”（2020年）、中国科协青年人才计划（2022年）；获国家级教学成果奖一等奖（2023年）、天津市教学成果奖特等奖（2022年）、第四届天津高校智库优秀决策咨询研究成果二等奖（2022年）。
