刘鑫桥,天津大学教育学院副教授、硕士生/博士生导师。2020年7月在北京大学教育学院/中国教育财政科学研究所获博士学位(提前一年毕业,导师:王蓉 教授);2015年7月在中国人民大学教育学院获硕士学位;2013年6月在华中师范大学获双学士学位(数学、经济学)。2015年7月至2017年7月在南开大学教务处工作;2019年4月至10月在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学从事访问学者工作;2023年3月至2024年3月在教育部教育质量评估中心/中国工程教育专业认证协会挂职锻炼。
作为第一作者/通讯作者在European Journal of Psychology of Education、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications、British Journal of Educational Psychology、Applied Economics Letters、《清华大学教育研究》《教育发展研究》《中国教育报》等发表文章80余篇,其中SSCI/SCI期刊40余篇。以第一作者/通讯作者发表的4篇论文入选ESI热点论文(全球前0.1%)、14篇论文入选ESI高被引论文(全球前1%)和ESI研究前沿论文(Research Front Papers),被引次数2000余次。
兼任中国教育发展战略学会教育财政专业委员会理事、教育部马工程重点教材审读专家、教育部本科教育教学审核评估专家、英国惠康基金会(Wellcome Trust)基金项目评审专家、泰晤士高等教育全球学术声誉调查(THE's Academic Reputation)和QS全球学术调查(QS Global Academic)咨询专家,以及12本高水平英文期刊的副主编和编委,包括SSCI Q1期刊Depression and Anxiety、SSCI Q2期刊BMC Psychiatry等7本SSCI期刊的副主编和编委,以及Journal of Education and e-Learning Research、Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies和Education Sciences等5本英文期刊的副主编和编委。
入选天津大学“北洋学者英才计划”(2020年);获国家级教学成果奖一等奖(2023年)、天津市教学成果奖特等奖(2022年)、第四届天津高校智库优秀决策咨询研究成果二等奖(2022年);主编《教育法学》本科生教材1本;主持国家自然科学基金、第二批国家级新工科研究与实践项目、教育部人文社科研究一般项目等省部级及以上纵向课题6项。
当前主要关注教育经济与政策、卓越工程人才培养等主题的研究。
